How it works

• Request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
• Email support@pdfworkbench.app with your order details, or use the “Receipts & payment” section of Polar's customer portal.
• Refunds are issued by Polar (our payment provider) to your original payment method.
• Once approved, refunds typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

When a refund is processed, the associated license is revoked and the Mac app returns to its unlicensed state on your devices.

Try before you buy

The browser app is free forever, and the Mac app offers a time-limited trial with no card required — so you can confirm it fits your workflow before purchasing.

After 14 days

Because the license is a one-time, perpetual purchase, sales are generally final after the 14-day window. If something is not working, contact us anyway — we will always try to make it right.
